Throughline is built by writers, not a faceless company, which means feedback reaches someone who can act on it.
Discord
Section titled “Discord”Owners get an invite to the Throughline Discord right in the app: open Settings and click Join the community at the bottom. It’s a place to swap notes with other writers, get early looks at what’s coming, and help shape where Throughline goes next.
Documentation
Section titled “Documentation”The book icon in the bar at the bottom of the app opens these docs. On macOS, you’ll also find them under Help → Documentation.
For a bug, a question, or anything you’d rather not put in Discord, reach the team at support at peak-state.com.
Reporting a bug
Section titled “Reporting a bug”The more specific, the faster it gets fixed: what you were doing right before it happened, what you expected, and what actually happened. A screenshot helps more than a paragraph most of the time.
